Warm water and walking a little after meals helped my bloating a lot. I also ate slowly and cut down fizzy drinks. But if you get sharp pain with it, do check with your doctor na.
I used to worry every time my tummy felt tight, but my doc said gas and bloating is super common in pregnancy. Drinking enough water actually helped me. Try not to panic like i did.
