How to get rid of breathing problem during pregnancy?
Im in my third tri now and even walking to the kitchen leaves me out of breath. Feels like i cant fill my lungs fully. Doc said its normal but its bothering me, anyone found something that helped?
Yeah, breathing can get tricky sometimes. For me, it helped to not rush things. When walking or climbing stairs, I'd pause, take deep breaths, and not push myself. Also, wearing loose, comfortable clothing made a difference. If it's bothering you a lot or affecting your daily routine, definitely mention it to your gynac during your next check-up.
Wow, this is something I hadn't even thought about for pregnancy! It sounds quite uncomfortable. So it's a common thing then? It's good to know that doctors can give proper advice for it. I'll make a note to ask my future gynac about this if it happens.
This is a pretty common complaint during pregnancy, especially later on. Your growing uterus puts pressure on your diaphragm, making it harder to take deep breaths. Try to sleep on your side propped up with pillows, and avoid bending over too much. If it feels severe or you have other symptoms, always call your doctor to get it checked out quickly.
Shortness of breath is actually quite common in pregnancy, due to hormonal changes and your growing uterus. Try to maintain good posture, sleep propped up with pillows, and take things slow. However, if it's severe, persistent, or accompanied by chest pain or dizziness, you must contact your doctor immediately. They need to rule out anything serious.
Oh, I'm experiencing this too sometimes! It's like I can't catch my breath, especially after a little walk. It gets a bit scary, na? My friends said it's normal as the baby grows. But what if it's not? Did anyone's doctor give them specific exercises or techniques for this?
I had some breathing difficulty too, especially in my third trimester when the baby was bigger. My doctor said it was because of the uterus pushing up. What helped me personally was sitting upright and not lying flat, and taking it easy with physical activity. But everyone's different, so you should definitely talk to your doctor about your specific situation.
Breathing problems? Oh god, I remember feeling so anxious about every little discomfort during my pregnancy, especially breathing. My first thought was always 'Is this normal?' Please make sure to tell your gynac about this as soon as possible, okay? They can check if it's just normal pregnancy changes or something else. Don't keep it to yourself.
My doctor actually suggested some gentle breathing exercises, similar to what you'd do in prenatal yoga, to help with my capacity. Slow, deep breaths helped me feel less breathless. Of course, I only did them after confirming with my gynac. If it's very severe, pls don't try home remedies without talking to your doctor first.
