I can't suggest any medicines, but for me, eating lots of green leafy vegetables and walking a bit worked well. I also asked my gynac before trying any home remedies just to be absolutely sure.
I am in my 2nd trimester and going through this exact same issue right now, it is so uncomfortable! Are you guys also feeling thoda bloated because of this? Let me know what worked for you.
It is so hard when you already have morning sickness and can't even drink enough water. Try having small sips of warm water and eating watery fruits like watermelon if you can keep them down. Stay strong, it gets better.
Look, the trick is simple: increase your daily fiber intake, drink plenty of water, and stay active. Don't go for any strong store-bought laxatives without your doctor's prescription. Simple home adjustments are best.
Omg, pregnancy constipation is a whole different level of struggle, I feel your pain! I survived on prunes and literally prayed on the toilet seat haha. Just drink tons of water and hope for the best!
I was so terrified that straining would affect the baby, which is completely silly but I couldn't help worrying! I started eating a kiwi daily and it really helped soften things naturally. Just take it easy, everything will be fine.
Stay positive, your body is doing a wonderful thing. Try to take deep, calm breaths and eat simple, pure vegetarian food with good fiber. God bless you and your baby, take care.

I literally went through this a few months ago and what worked wonders was eating papaya (only after consulting my doctor!) and having warm milk with ghee at bedtime. It made a huge difference.
Don't worry dear, constipation is very common due to hormonal changes. Try drinking warm water in the morning and eat soaked prunes or figs. It will slowly bring relief naturally.
