These leg cramps at night are killing me yaar, i literally wake up screaming. Im around 6 months now and it happens almost every other night. Anything that actually helps?
Calf cramps especially at night are super common. Stretch your leg with toes pulled towards you, stay hydrated and keep up calcium and magnesium rich foods. Worked for me both times.
Beta, a gentle warm oil massage and keeping the legs slightly raised helped my daughter with cramps. Eat your milk, dahi and dry fruits. If cramps are very frequent, mention it to your doctor too.
My doctor allowed me gentle stretches and a short walk daily which really reduced my cramps. Don't start anything intense without asking though. Light movement kept my legs much happier.
