First trimester is hitting me hard, im throwing up multiple times a day and cant even keep water down some mornings. Feeling so drained yaar. What worked for u all to get some relief, any food or trick? No medicine names pls, just experiences.
My MIL was always telling me to nibble on some dry toast or crackers first thing in the morning, even before getting out of bed. And ginger candies, they actually helped me a bit! Also, try to eat small meals frequently, don't let your stomach go completely empty. That usually makes it worse.
Aiyo, nausea and vomiting are very common, my dear, don't worry too much. My mother used to suggest ginger tea or chewing on small pieces of dry ginger. Also, eating small, frequent meals helps keep the stomach from getting empty. But if it becomes severe, please don't hesitate to consult your gynac immediately.
This is exactly what I'm worried about when I get pregnant! I've heard so many people say ginger ale or lemon drops help to calm the stomach. Also, keeping some dry snacks like crackers by your bed seems to be a very popular tip. I really hope you find something that gives you some relief!
Oh, I remember those days so clearly, it feels like forever ago now! It's super tough, but it WILL pass, I promise you. Try munching on some plain biscuits before getting out of bed, and sipping on nimbu pani. Just get through this phase, and if it's really unbearable, don't hesitate to tell your doctor for more help.
Nausea and vomiting can be incredibly challenging during pregnancy. For your safety, always discuss this with your gynac, especially if it's severe or leading to weight loss. For milder cases, try eating small, bland meals, sipping on ginger water, or your doctor might suggest a vitamin B6 supplement. Prioritize professional advice.
I've heard that eating very small portions throughout the day, so your stomach doesn't get completely empty, can help with the nausea. And some people say sniffing a cut lemon or having sips of ginger tea can calm it a little. If it's very severe, please speak to your doctor.
