Haha, welcome to the pregnancy club where even the smell of onions feels like a personal attack! Just sleep through the worst hours and keep some jeera goli handy, you'll survive this, trust me.
Try having small dry snacks like biscuits or toast right before getting out of bed in the morning. Also, keep yourself hydrated with lemon water, but if you have heavy vomiting and can't keep anything down, check with your gynac for safe anti-nausea meds.
Haan na, that constant sick feeling is so irritating! I used to drink ginger and lemon water throughout the day, thoda relief milta tha. Try it, maybe it will help you too.
Actually, ginger sweets and cold water really saved me, yaar! Also, avoid hot and spicy food because the smell itself triggers it. Just take it easy, this phase will pass soon.
I remember having terrible morning sickness, and keeping dry crackers on my bedside table was a lifesaver. Just take small bites before u sit up, it really settles the stomach. Take care of yourself.
I know exactly how awful this feels, and it used to make me so anxious that something was wrong with my body. Please know that mild nausea is totally normal, but don't hesitate to call your doctor if it becomes too overwhelming to handle.
Oh god, I'm in my 10th week right now and going through the exact same thing! Ginger tea helps me a bit, but does anyone else feel like vomiting even after drinking water? Please share if anything else worked for you.
Because of my PCOS, my hormone levels were already a mess and the nausea was brutal. I found that small, frequent meals instead of large ones really helped keep the acidity and nausea in check. Stay strong, you've got this.
Hey, don't stress too much about the nausea, it's just your pregnancy hormones doing their job! Try sucking on some imli candies or lemon wedges, it really helps to change the taste. Sending you lots of love!
