My neck and shoulders have been so stiff lately, maybe from bad sleeping posture. Cant take random painkillers now obviously. Any gentle stretches or home things that worked for u?
Desk job did this to me. I started taking small breaks to roll my shoulders and adjusted my screen height. Quick warm compress in the evening. Tiny habit changes added up more than anything fancy honestly.
Neck pain mostly comes from posture and bad pillows yaar. A good supportive pillow helped me a lot, plus gentle neck rolls and a warm compress. Avoid hunching over the phone too, that makes it worse.
I used a warm towel on the neck and light self massage, very soothing. Better posture and proper pillow made the biggest difference honestly. But if pain is severe or with headache or BP, then check with your doc.
I felt this so much, especially from sleeping awkwardly. A pregnancy pillow that supported my neck and back was a lifesaver for me. Gentle stretches before bed helped me relax too. Hang in there, it eases.
Some gentle neck stretches and prenatal-safe yoga eased mine, but I only did them after my doc okayed. Also fixing how I sat at the desk helped. Warm compress at night was lovely. Keep movements slow and easy.
