I am 29 weeks and pelvic area hurts when I turn in bed or climb stairs. Some days walking also feels difficult. What helped you manage this kind of pain?
Some pelvic ache is normal pressure but please dont assume. If it's sharp, one sided, with bleeding or tightening, it needs a doctor check soon. I learned not to ignore pelvic pain, better safe. Get the harmless kind confirmed by ur gynac.
Pelvic pain is super common as baby grows and presses down. A maternity belt helped me a lot, and avoid sudden movements or standing too long. But if the pain is sharp or with bleeding or cramps, dont wait, call ur doctor.
My doctor allowed me gentle prenatal stretches and pelvic tilts which honestly eased the pain a lot. Dont start any exercise without ur gynac's okay though. Slow walks helped too, but listen to your body.
I felt that heavy aching pelvic pain especially in later months, it scared me at first. Resting on my side with a pillow between my knees gave me relief. Warm not hot compress also soothed it, but I checked with my gynac that it was the normal kind.
