My baby is 4 months now and the tummy is still hanging like im 6 months pregnant. I know it takes time but nothing seems to be reducing even with little walking. Did anything actually work for u mamas? pls share, im honestly feeling low about it.
One thing nobody told me, feeding the baby itself burns so much. I felt my belly going down on its own in 3-4 months just from feeding and chasing the baby around. Eat properly though, dont starve when ur nursing.
With work and baby I had zero time for gym. What actually helped me was small things, taking stairs, walking during calls, home food instead of ordering. Slow but it worked over few months.
Babe dont stress about the belly right now, ur body literally grew a human. It took 9 months to come, give it time to go. Focus on the baby and urself first, the rest follows na.
Pls dont rush yaar, especially if u had c-section like me. My doc told me to wait full 6 weeks before any exercise, the stitches need time. Slowly I started short walks and the belly took its own time to go. Be patient with urself.
Honestly that mummy tummy takes months, dont believe the insta moms. Both my pregnancies, what worked was breastfeeding, walking daily and cutting the random snacking. No crash diet, it just messes ur energy when u have a newborn.
Once ur gynac gives green signal, start with gentle core stuff and walks. I keep hearing not to jump into crunches early bcoz of that ab gap (diastasis). Better get checked once before heavy workouts.
