I felt like my feet were balloons by the third trimester, it was so uncomfortable! What really helped me was soaking my feet in warm water sometimes and keeping them elevated. Also, try to wear really comfortable, loose shoes. If it gets severe or happens very suddenly, I'd suggest calling your gynac right away.
Oh, the foot swelling! I remember that, especially towards the end. It felt so heavy. Elevating your feet often, drinking enough water, and avoiding tight shoes really helps. Gently massaging your ankles upwards can provide some relief too. Just remember to be gentle with yourself.
Oh, the swelling can be so uncomfortable and sometimes makes you worry, I totally get that feeling. Elevating your feet with pillows helps a lot. And definitely try to avoid standing for too long. If it's really bad or sudden, please, please tell your doctor. It's always good to be sure.
Hey, don't stress too much about it, swelling is super common! Try keeping your feet up on pillows whenever you sit or lie down. Also, drink lots of water and avoid standing for long periods. If it feels really bad or comes on suddenly, definitely give your gynac a call, okay?
Light movement can sometimes help with circulation, like short walks or gentle foot exercises. But always, *always* consult your gynac before starting any new activity, especially during pregnancy. They can tell you what's safe for you. Also, staying hydrated is important.
Swelling in feet is quite common in pregnancy, but it's crucial to always mention it to your gynac. Sudden or severe swelling can sometimes be a sign of something more serious, like preeclampsia. So, while gentle remedies like elevation and hydration help, your doctor should be aware and guide you.
My friends who are pregnant talk about this a lot. They say elevating your feet and maybe gentle massages can help. But I've also heard that if it's too much or sudden, you should definitely talk to your doctor. It's so important to be careful.
