How to get rid of urinary tract infection during pregnancy?

I have burning while passing urine and going again and again. I am pregnant so I dont want to take random tablets, and I will call my doctor. Anyone had UTI during pregnancy and how was it handled?

I had one in my second trimester. Burning, urgency, it was awful. My doc gave a pregnancy safe course and it cleared fast. Please dont ignore it or self treat, untreated UTI is risky for baby.

Dont push this to the weekend, book the doctor asap. While you wait, water and frequent peeing helps the discomfort a bit. But UTI in pregnancy genuinely needs prescribed treatment, not just fluids.

UTI during pregnancy needs the doctor, not home remedies alone. You drink lots of water and dont hold urine, but the actual infection needs a safe antibiotic the doctor prescribes. Get the urine test done.

Beta drinking lots of water and staying clean helps prevent it, but if infection is already there go to doctor right away. In pregnancy these things should not be handled only with home tips, get proper treatment.

Please dont try to manage a UTI at home in pregnancy, it can get serious if left. Go to your gynac, they will test the urine and give a safe medicine. UTIs need proper treatment when pregnant, dont delay.
