Im in week 7 and the vomiting is just non stop, cant even keep water down some mornings. Feeling so drained yaar. What worked for u all to feel a bit better?
Hang in there yaar, it usually eases by 12-14 weeks. Eat small, sip water often, rest jab thakaan ho. Dont stress that you cant eat much right now, your body will catch up. Ginger candy was my lifesaver.
Beta try a little ginger, like ginger water or a tiny piece with honey, it settles the stomach. Also chewing saunf or a few drops of lemon. These gentle home things are safe for mild nausea. If you cant keep anything down at all, see ur doctor.
Oh I feel you, early weeks I threw up constantly. What helped me, eat something dry like a biscuit or toast before even getting out of bed, never let stomach go fully empty, and small frequent meals instead of big ones. Sipping nimbu paani helped too.
Small tricks help for normal sickness, but please watch out. If you are vomiting many times a day, cant keep water down, feel dizzy or pee very little, that can be hyperemesis and needs the doctor. Mine gave safe medicine for it, dont suffer in silence.
My app suggested sea sickness bands on the wrist and surprisingly they helped a bit. Also tracking my meals showed me an empty stomach triggered it most. So I switched to eating tiny bits every 2 hours. If nothing works ask doc for a safe anti nausea tab.
I kept dry crackers in my bag and at my desk and nibbled all day, that kept the nausea down enough to function. Avoid strong smells and oily food. Cold things like a popsicle or cut fruit went down easier than hot meals for me.
