How to get rid of vomiting tendency during pregnancy?
I dont vomit every time but the feeling is there from morning till night. Smells from kitchen make it worse and I am surviving on small snacks. What helped you reduce this vomiting sensation?
Ho na, this morning sickness is the worst part sometimes. Full pregnancy, it drains you out. Try having small, frequent meals, instead of big ones. Aur haan, ginger in any form helps some people – like ginger tea or just a piece of ginger. Nimbu pani bhi try kar sakte ho, just sips, na. It gets better, don't worry too much.
Ugh, vomiting is the pits, yaar! Don't stress too much though, it's super common. Try keeping some bland crackers by your bed and munch on them before even getting up. Also, ginger lozenges or ginger ale helped some of my friends. And seriously, eat whatever stays down, even if it's just plain rice sometimes. Just hang in there, it usually gets better after the first trimester!
I remember feeling so overwhelmed and helpless with the constant nausea and vomiting, it's truly exhausting both physically and mentally. It's okay to feel frustrated. What helped me sometimes was sniffing a cut lemon or having sips of ginger tea. But honestly, sometimes nothing works, and that's okay too. Just focus on resting and staying hydrated, and please talk to your doctor if it's severe. You're strong for going through this.
Oh, the vomiting was a huge part of my first trimester experience! I can only tell you what *I* tried. For me, very cold sips of water throughout the day helped. Also, I found that if I ate bland things like plain idli or toast, it was a bit easier. I didn't find one magical solution, just tried to survive each day, honestly. It does pass, eventually.
That wretched vomiting, I remember it like yesterday! It makes you feel so drained and often brings you to tears, doesn't it? Please know you're not alone, so many of us went through it. While there's no magic cure, try small, frequent meals and always have something plain like crackers ready. Your body is working so hard, just be gentle with yourself. It will pass, and soon you'll have your beautiful baby in your arms.
Vomiting tendency is very common, beta. What worked for me and many others is eating very small amounts, but very frequently. Don't let your stomach get empty. Keep some dry toast or biscuits near your bed and have them even before you get up. Avoid strong smells. And drink enough water, slowly, not all at once. These small things can really help.
