Just went through this in my last trimester. Elevating my feet on a pillow at night, loose comfy footwear and gentle walks helped me a lot. The puffiness went down after delivery too. Hang in there.
Swelling in feet is super common, both my pregnancies i had it. Keep your legs up when sitting, dont stand too long, drink water and dont cut salt drastically. But if it comes suddenly on face or hands tell your doctor, that can be different.
Mild swelling is normal but please watch it closely. If it gets bad suddenly, with headache or on your face, get your BP checked immediately. I had to, so dont ignore sudden swelling. For mild, rest and legs up helps.
Sitting all day at desk made mine worse. I started taking small walks every hour and propping my feet up under the desk. Comfy shoes were a lifesaver. If it ever felt extreme i flagged it to my doctor.
Beta this puffiness is common in later months. Resting with feet a little raised, not sitting too long in one place, and light leg movement helps. But if swelling is sudden and a lot, do tell the doctor, dont just wait.
