Im in my 7th month and i just cant sleep properly anymore. Either my back hurts or i keep turning side to side whole night, and then im tired all day. What works for u guys, pls share.
Actually yaar cutting down screen time before bed helped me more than anything. I used to scroll and then couldn't sleep. Side sleeping with a pillow and you are sorted.
Beta, a warm glass of milk before bed and a little foot massage used to help my daughter sleep. Keep the room calm and dim. If sleep is badly disturbed for many days, do mention it to your doctor.
Sleep on your side, preferably left, and prop pillows under your bump and between your knees. Avoid heavy meals or too much water right before bed. This routine got me through both pregnancies.
Sleep, what is that haha, I am up every two hours to pee in my third trimester. A pregnancy pillow between my knees was a game changer though. Sleeping on the left side helped me get a bit more rest.
