We are just starting to plan and honestly the idea of twins sounds so sweet to me, ek hi baar me do. Is there anything that actually makes it more likely or its all just luck na? Just curious.
Haha I have twins and honestly it was nothing I did, it just happened, mostly runs in family or with some treatments. People think there is a trick but there really isnt. Be careful what you wish for though, double diapers double everything!
In my case twins came through IVF, that increases the chance a bit. But naturally you cant really plan it, it depends on genetics and other factors. Whatever happens, one healthy baby is already a blessing yaar.
Twins mostly depend on family history, age and sometimes fertility treatment, not on any food or position. If you really want to understand your chances, a fertility doctor can explain properly. Dont believe random home tricks na.
