Mornings are the worst for me, when i sit up suddenly i feel a pull in my lower tummy. Im 9 weeks and just nervous about doing it the wrong way. How do u all get up without straining?
Roll onto your side first, then push up with your hands and swing your legs down. Dont jerk straight up from your back. I did this from early on and it saved my back later too.
I was so scared of getting up wrong in early weeks, every twinge made me nervous. The side roll method really helped me feel safer. Anyone else used to overthink even simple movements like this?
