How to get your body back in shape after pregnancy?
Delivered 3 months back and still feeling so out of shape, tummy is loose and nothing fits properly. I know it takes time but thoda guidance chahiye on where to even start. Pls share what helped u get back.

My mother-in-law had many traditional remedies for post-delivery recovery, like specific massages and warm water baths. But my doctor said to mostly focus on good sleep and a balanced diet first. Small walks are good when you feel up to it, but always check with your doctor before any strenuous exercise.
After my C-section, the recovery was quite slow, so I had to be super careful. My doctor advised waiting at least 6-8 weeks before even thinking about exercise. I started with very light walking around the house, then slowly increased it. Just listen to your body and your doctor, don't rush it at all.
