How to gracefully convey that i am carrinng or conceived?

Im 9 weeks now and want to tell my parents and close friends but i dont know how to put it nicely without making it awkward. We waited a long time for this so i want the moment to feel special. How did u all share the news?

I felt so nervous telling everyone first time. What I did was tell my husband quietly first with a small gift, it became our little moment. Then we told parents together. Honestly just speak from heart, no need to make it fancy.

In our joint family I told my MIL with my husband present, she got so emotional. Sometimes telling elders first makes them feel respected na. Keep it simple, a sweet box and the news, thats it.

We waited till after first scan to tell wider family, just our parents knew early. That is family choice though. Tell whoever u r comfortable with, and enjoy this beautiful time.

We did a cute little photo with the scan report and sent in family group, everyone loved it. If u like creative stuff there are lots of ideas online. But a heartfelt call also does the job equally well.
