Don't stress too much about growing them yaar. They will change on their own, sometimes more than you expect. Just get a good fitting bra mid pregnancy, your back will thank you.
There's no need to do anything special to grow them, hormones handle it naturally as your body gets ready for milk. Mine changed gradually and felt heavy by third trimester. Just wear a comfortable supportive bra, that helped me a lot with the soreness.
My amma told me the body knows what to do, and she was right. Mine grew naturally over the months. If you ever feel a hard lump or anything unusual though, do mention it to your gynac just to be safe.
Don't stress about this at all. Breast changes are one of the earliest natural signs of pregnancy and they continue on their own. Size doesn't decide how well you can feed later, so please relax.
I felt the same worry at first, but honestly the body does this on its own. Mine started changing by second month, got fuller and a bit tender. You don't really have to do anything, it just happens to prepare for feeding.
I totally understand why you ask, we all wonder about every change. But this one is something nature takes care of beautifully. Just eat well, rest, and let your body do its thing.
