Beta elders used to notice changes like tiredness, taste changes and missed period to guess. But these days a test strip is so easy and accurate, use that and then go to the doctor for confirmation.
The signs are the same in any language, missed period, nausea, sore breasts, tiredness. Guessing can be wrong though. A simple home pregnancy test from the medical shop will tell you clearly.
