A lot of my anxiety was actually about hospital expenses and delivery packages. Sitting down with my husband and making a proper budget plan really eased my mind. Once the finances were planned, half my stress was gone!
Honestly, I used to just cry in the shower for 10 minutes and then eat chocolate, haha. Pregnancy hormones are no joke! Try to sleep whenever you can because being tired makes anxiety ten times worse.
Dealing with physical sickness and anxiety together is the worst combination. Try to focus on small daily goals and drink soothing chamomile or ginger tea. Distracting yourself with good books or light music also helps a lot.
Don't try to be a superwoman. Delegate household chores, manage your office workload by talking to your manager, and take small breaks during the day. Keeping your daily schedule simple is the best way to handle mental stress.

Even though I'm only planning, my anxiety is already high. I've started practicing light meditation and writing down my thoughts in a journal to declutter my mind. Hope you find some calm soon!
