My husband is posted in another city and my family is also far, so im going through most of this pregnancy by myself. Some days it feels really overwhelming honestly. How do u all manage emotionally and practically when ur mostly alone?
Get practical and organised, it helps when you're solo. Fix a good gynac, keep all numbers handy, prep your hospital bag early, and arrange someone to be on call for delivery day. Make a small support list. You can absolutely do this.
First, big hug to you beta. You can handle this, just take it step by step. Find one or two people you can call anytime, keep your doctor close, and dont skip your checkups or your own meals. If you ever feel low, please talk to someone, it matters.
Your feelings are completely valid, doing this alone is a lot. What helped me with anxiety was talking it out, even with a counsellor my doc suggested. Dont bottle it up. Take one day at a time, and reach out whenever you need, ok?
Practically, sort out logistics early since you dont have backup at home. Keep meals simple n prepped, set medication reminders, and figure transport to hospital in advance. Online communities helped me feel less alone on tough days too.
Sending you strength. Stay positive and be gentle with yourself, you're doing something amazing. Build a little circle around you however small, and dont hesitate to ask for help. You and your baby will be just fine.
I totally understand how heavy this can feel. First, please know you're stronger than you think. Lean on whoever you can, a friend, a neighbour, online groups like this one. You're not as alone as it feels right now, we're here for you.
