I had one early loss last year and now I am pregnant again, so every small pain scares me. I want to do whatever helps baby stay till full term. What care or checks helped you feel more confident?
Light walking everyday kept me feeling good and my doc said it helps. But only do what ur gynac clears for u, dont push it. Eating well and staying calm matters a lot too.
Honestly the basics matter most. Dont skip ur checkups, take the iron and folic acid ur gynac gave, eat proper and dont lift heavy stuff. Both my pregnancies went full term just by being regular with the doctor.
I went into early labour with my first so pls take any cramping or leaking seriously and rush to ur doc. Otherwise rest well, stay hydrated and follow whatever ur gynac tells based on ur scans.
My amma always said good sleep and no stress carries baby longer, and honestly there is some truth in staying calm. But the real thing is regular scans and listening to ur doctor about ur BP and sugar.
There is no magic trick really. Good nutrition, controlled BP and sugar, and not missing appointments is what helps reach term. Your gynac will guide based on your specific case so trust that.
