How to have a healthy pregnancy after a miscarriage?
I had a miscarriage a few months back at 9 weeks and it broke me completely. We just got a positive test again and honestly im more scared than happy this time. What did you ladies do to stay calm and keep this one healthy?
Beta dont blame yourself for the past, it was not your fault. Take care of your health, follow your doctor closely and rest well. We are all rooting for you.
I totally understand the mix of hope and fear you must be feeling. Take it one day at a time and lean on your doctor and your loved ones. So many women go on to have healthy babies after a loss, sending you so much love and strength.
I had a loss before my rainbow baby and I know how the fear sits with you. What helped me was waiting for my doctor's okay to try again, taking my folic acid, and going for early scans for reassurance. Be gentle with your heart, you are so brave for trying again.
My gynac said the basics matter most, start folic acid, manage any underlying issue she found, and come in early for monitoring. She also suggested keeping stress low and rest good. So a healthy lifestyle plus close early follow up was her plan for me.
