This is my first time and I keep worrying about doing everything right. I am 10 weeks now and want to keep myself calm and healthy without overthinking every symptom. What small habits helped you?
Honestly the basics matter most. Eat on time, dont skip your folic acid and iron, walk a little daily and sleep properly. I did this in both my pregnancies and it really helped. Rest is just luck na.
Light walking really helped my mood and digestion. I also did prenatal yoga but only after my doc said it was safe for me. Movement made the aches less, but always check with your gynac first what suits you.
There is no magic trick yaar, every body is different. Just go for all your regular checkups, do the tests your gynac asks, and dont google scary stuff at 2am. Trusting my doctor kept me calm the whole time.
Dont overthink it too much honestly. Eat properly, hydrate, nap when tired and go for your checkups. Smooth pregnancy is mostly just being kind to yourself and not stressing over every little thing.
Stay positive and take good care of yourself, that itself is half the battle. Eat well, rest well and keep your mind peaceful. Things mostly fall into place.
