How to have a successful pregnancy after miscarriage?
Lost my first pregnancy last year at 8 weeks and it broke me completely. Now we are thinking of trying again but honestly im so scared it'll happen again. Would really love to hear from women who had a healthy baby after a loss, what helped u?
I totally understand the mix of hope and fear you must be feeling. Take care of your mind as much as your body, talk to someone if the worry gets heavy. You are so brave for trying again, I am rooting for you.
Take it slow and dont rush yourself. Get a thorough check with your gynac before and during, and follow their guidance step by step. You are not alone in this, so many of us have walked this path and come through.
I have been exactly where you are and I know the fear is huge. What helped me was waiting until my body and heart were ready, taking my folic acid, and staying in close touch with my doctor for early scans. Be gentle with yourself, healing takes time and your feelings are valid.
Sending you so much love. After loss, having a good doctor who monitors you closely makes such a difference, the early reassurance scans helped my anxiety a lot. Rest, eat well, and lean on people who support you. One step at a time, okay.
My doctor said many women go on to have healthy pregnancies after a miscarriage. She advised getting any underlying cause checked, starting folic acid, and timely scans this time. Following her plan closely gave me a lot of comfort.
