Take it slow, your body is doing a lot already with feeding too. Hygiene, light walking and rest were my main things. And follow the cleaning routine your hospital gave you.

Healing tips aside, please watch for warning signs, if there's a lot of pain, swelling, bad smell, pus or fever from the stitches, call your doctor right away. Mine had a small infection once and quick care fixed it.
For my c-section stitches the nurse told me keep the area clean and dry, dont lift heavy things, and walk slowly little by little. It does feel sore but it eased week by week. Follow whatever your doctor told you for cleaning.
