Keep it simple, eat balanced home food, take your folic acid and iron as prescribed, sleep enough and stay a little active. Dont skip your checkups, that is the main thing. Pregnancy mostly just needs good basics done consistently.
Just take good care of yourself and stay calm, your mind matters too. I used to do small prayers and stayed positive, it kept me peaceful. Eat well and rest, the rest follows.
