Honestly, there is no natural way to know this, only scans can tell. Since sex determination is illegal in India, doctors won't tell u anyway. Better to just focus on your health and regular checkups with your doctor to make sure everything is fine.
Just keep a positive mind and pray for a healthy baby, gender doesn't matter na. God has already decided what is best for you, so just eat well, listen to good music, and take care of your health.
