My MIL keeps telling me to eat saffron and coconut so baby ka colour fair ho. Im not sure how much of this is true tbh. Did anyone actually do something for this or is it all just talk?
My daughter is a toddler now and let me tell you, their skin tone changes so much as they grow. When she was born, she looked different, and now she looks totally like her dad. Just pray for a healthy baby, everything else is secondary.
Let's be real, complexion is 100% determined by DNA and genes. All these myths about drinking saffron milk or coconut water for fair skin are just old wives' tales. Focus on getting good nutrition instead of worrying about skin color.
Arey dear, skin color lies in the genes of the parents. Don't stress about these things at all, just eat healthy fresh fruits, drink water, and keep yourself happy. Every baby is absolutely beautiful and a blessing.
Complexion is purely genetics na, no food can change that honestly. I just focus on my regular walking and light yoga that my doctor allowed to stay active and healthy. A healthy baby is all that matters.
Honestly, in my 8th month now, I am so tired that I don't care if the baby is purple or green, just want him out safely! All I want is to sleep straight on my tummy again, complexion doesn't matter at all.
