How to improve blood circulation in legs during pregnancy?
My legs feel so heavy by evening, third trimester now and theres some swelling also near ankles. Sitting at desk whole day for work isnt helping i think. What do you all do to keep the circulation going, anyone tried something that actually worked?

Mild swelling and circulation issue is common but if you notice swelling only in one leg, or pain and redness, please show your gynac immediately. I was told to watch for that. Otherwise leg elevation and water intake helps.
My doctor allowed me gentle walking and some leg stretches, that made a big difference for circulation. Compression socks also helped me on long days. Ask your doc first if walking is ok for you.
Keep your legs raised on a pillow when you sit or sleep, it really helps. Short walks every couple hours and avoid standing too long in one place. My swelling reduced a lot once I started this.
I sit at desk whole day so my legs used to feel heavy. I kept a small stool under desk to keep feet up and did ankle rotations every hour. Also dont cross your legs while sitting, that makes it worse.
