My gynac mentioned my cervical length is on the shorter side and im a bit worried tbh. She has put me on rest but i wanted to know if there is anything else that helps. anyone faced this?
Short cervix is something only your doctor should manage, please dont try home fixes for this. Mine was monitored closely and the gynac decided on rest and other steps. Follow your doctor strictly here, its important.

My doctor explained you cant really increase cervical length yourself, but they manage it with monitoring and sometimes rest or other medical measures. She watched mine with scans. So this is fully a doctor guided thing, not a home remedy situation.
