At my last scan doc mentioned my cervix length is on the shorter side and now im honestly thoda tense. She has called me for follow up but till then I wanted to know is there anything that helps. Anyone been through this?
Yaar, if I knew a magic trick for cervix length, I'd probably have had singletons instead of twins, haha! Honestly, it's mostly a medical thing. Doc will monitor it and suggest if you need any specific meds or rest. Just take it easy and follow their advice, that's the best you can do.
Hi, this sounds like a serious concern and something only your doctor can really advise on. Sometimes they suggest pessaries or even cerclage depending on how short it is. Recovery from any such procedure needs rest. So, definitely talk to your doc first; they know best.
Cervix length na, it's something your doctor will keep a close eye on. Mostly, they tell you to take complete bed rest, yaani ki thoda bhi uthna baithna kam karna. Jyada chalna phirna nahi, aur ghar pe bhi kaam se bachna. Jo doctor bole, wohi karna best hai.
This is a serious medical question, not something for general advice. You absolutely must consult your gynac right away. If they've identified a short cervix, they'll have specific instructions for you, including whether you need to restrict physical activity. Please don't try any exercises or yoga unless your doctor explicitly approves.
Mere saath bhi aisa hua tha, my cervix was short. My gynac immediately put me on progesterone medication and strict bed rest for a few weeks. It's not really something you can 'improve' with home remedies, it needs medical intervention and monitoring. Pls consult your doctor immediately.
Oh dear, I totally understand why you'd be worried about this, especially with concerns like PCOS affecting things. Cervix length is something very specific and medical. Please talk to your gynac right away; they'll guide you on what, if anything, can be done. Don't try anything ghar pe without asking.
