My mother kept me on home cooked food, lots of greens and warm rasam type things. Simple and nourishing. I trusted that plus whatever my doctor prescribed.
Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and veg, stay hydrated, sleep well and take your prescribed supplements. Don't fall for fancy immunity boosters yaar. The basics done consistently work best.
I leaned on simple things like seasonal fruits, citrus, a bit of haldi milk and good rest. Light walking helped too. But for anything beyond food, check with your doctor before taking supplements.
