Last scan showed my AFI is on the lower side and im 30 weeks now. Gynac asked me to drink lots of water and monitor, im a bit worried honestly. Did any of u manage to bring it up naturally, pls share.
With twins, my fluid levels were always a hot topic! I practically lived on coconut water and kept a 2-liter bottle glued to my hand, which felt like a full-time job, lol. Hydration helps, but keep your doctor updated on the scan reports.
I have heard from my sister that drinking plenty of fluids like coconut water and barley water is very helpful for amniotic fluid. It's gentle and safe for the body. Please check with your doctor too to keep a close watch on your levels.
Hydration is the absolute best natural way—drink lots of water, buttermilk, and coconut water. I also kept up with gentle, doctor-approved walks to keep my circulation good. Always discuss with your doctor to make sure your AFI is in the safe range.
My AFI dropped a bit in the 8th month and I was so worried, but looking back, staying calm was key. I drank lots of coconut water and plain water daily which helped stabilize it. Just make sure your gynac is regularly tracking it.
Ugh, my doctor had me drinking like a fish to keep my AFI up! Honestly, I was peeing every ten minutes, but drinking tons of water and coconut water really did the trick. Just keep chugging water and let your doctor monitor the rest.
