How to increase amniotic fluid during pregnancy in tamil?
My last scan showed fluid is on the lower side and im 30 weeks now, doc told me to increase water intake. Im more comfortable reading in tamil, so if anyone can explain tips in tamil it will help me a lot. konjam worry aaguthu, pls share.
