How to increase amniotic fluid during pregnancy naturally?
at my last scan the doc said my fluid level is on the lower side and to keep an eye on it. im 7 months and a little worried honestly. besides drinking lots of water is there anything natural that helps? planning to follow up with my gynac too.
I had low fluid in my third trimester so I really get the worry. Staying very well hydrated through the day helped me, my doctor stressed lots of water. But low fluid needs monitoring, so please dont rely only on home stuff, keep your gynac in the loop.
Drink lots of water and rest well, that's the gentle natural support. But if your reports showed it's on the lower side, dont worry alone, let your doctor guide and recheck. They handle this all the time.
My family always pushed coconut water and lots of fluids, and it does help with hydration. But amniotic fluid is something doctors keep an eye on with scans, so do the natural things but trust your gynac's monitoring for this one.
My doctor told me hydration is the main natural thing that helps, drinking plenty of water and fluids like coconut water and fresh juices, plus rest. But she also wanted regular scans to track it, because low AFI is something they want to watch closely. So combine both.
Water, water and more water, that's the simplest thing that actually helps. Coconut water and resting on your side too. But if a scan showed it's low, dont self-manage, your doctor needs to monitor it properly.
