How to increase amniotic fluid in 9th month of pregnancy?
Im 36 weeks and my last scan showed fluid is on the lower side. Doc has asked me to come for follow up but im really tense. Is there anything i can do at ghar like drinking more water that helps? Will obviously ask my gynac too.
I totally panicked when they told me my fluid was low in the final month. But my doctor put me on bed rest and heavy hydration, and my baby was born perfectly healthy. Just stay calm and check with your doc.
Oh god, this is so stressful! Please drink lots of water but also go for regular scans. Count your baby's movements carefully and call your doctor if you feel any change.
My fluid dropped suddenly in the 9th month, so my doctor safely delivered my baby via C-section. Please stay hydrated and strictly follow what your doctor advises.
Look, in the 9th month, low fluid needs immediate medical attention. Don't rely just on home tips like coconut water, directly consult your gynac to see if you need induction.
I am currently living on coconut water and constantly running to the washroom, haha! Definitely ask your gynac about this because they might want to monitor it very closely in the 9th month.
Drink lots of water and fresh coconut water! 🥥 But since you are in your 9th month, please keep your gynac updated as they monitor this very closely. Good luck! 👍
My fluid was slightly low at 37 weeks. I drank tons of water and took L-arginine sachets prescribed by my doctor, and everything went smoothly. Trust your doctor's plan!
I am just planning my pregnancy and reading about this. Hydration is key, but since you are in the 9th month, please make sure your doctor is checking it regularly!
