How to increase baby weight in 9 month of pregnancy?
Last scan baby weight was on the lower side and doc told me to focus on diet. Im in my 9th month now so feeling thoda anxious about time. What foods actually helped increase baby weight at this stage?
Focus on nutrient-dense foods, rather than just quantity. Good quality protein, healthy fats like avocado and ghee, and complex carbs. Also, if your doctor has allowed it, continue with light walks or pregnancy yoga. It helps with overall well-being for both you and baby, which can support healthy growth.
My pregnancy app actually had a section on this. It highlighted having a protein-rich diet, healthy fats like nuts and ghee, and enough carbs for energy. But it also emphasized that every baby grows at its own pace. Your doc will track the growth percentile, so trust that.
This is a very important question, and the best person to guide you is your gynac. Every pregnancy is unique, and sometimes babies have their own growth curve. Just make sure you are attending all your appointments and following their dietary advice strictly. Don't try anything without asking your doctor first, okay?
Increase baby weight in 9th month? Haha, I feel like I'm already eating for three and waddling like a penguin! Honestly, just keep eating healthy, balanced meals. My doc just says baby will take what it needs. I'm just trying to survive these last few weeks, lol!
For me, I just ate home food, regular dal, chawal, roti, sabzi. And lots of fruits, especially bananas and apples. My doctor had also told me to have milk and paneer daily. My baby came out at a healthy weight, so don't stress too much, just eat well and rest.
While a healthy, balanced diet with adequate protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates is crucial throughout pregnancy, especially in the 9th month, remember that genetics also play a big role. The best approach is always to follow your doctor's specific dietary and activity recommendations.
Just keep a positive mind and trust in God, beta. Eat nutritious home-cooked food, especially things like milk, paneer, fruits, and dry fruits. Take your iron and calcium supplements regularly. Your baby will grow perfectly. Just take good care of yourself.
