Eat iron-rich foods! Think spinach, beetroot, dates, pomegranates, and dried fruits. Vitamin C helps absorb iron, so have oranges or amla too. Most importantly, take your iron and folic acid supplements religiously, as prescribed by your doctor. That's non-negotiable.
Haan, blood level maintain karna bohot zaroori hai pregnancy mein. Beetroot juice, palak, anar, yeh sab khaao. Aur haan, jo doctor ne iron ki medicines di hain, woh toh daily lena hi hai, na bhoolna bilkul. Bahut help karta hai woh.
It's natural to worry about everything during pregnancy, especially things like blood levels! My doctor really emphasized iron. Focus on a diet rich in greens, lentils, and fruits like pomegranate. And please take your iron supplements regularly, your gynac will guide you best on that.
Oh, my MIL would make sure I had beetroot juice almost daily, along with lots of pomegranates! And my mom kept telling me to eat dates. These help, but also your gynac will likely give you iron and folic acid tablets. Don't skip those, haan?
My mum made sure I ate lots of green leafy veggies, especially spinach and fenugreek leaves. Also, dates and jaggery were a regular thing at ghar pe. It's good to eat these, but also let your doctor know, they might prescribe iron supplements if needed.
This is super important, especially if you have any underlying conditions like PCOS, which can sometimes impact nutrient absorption. My doc always stressed iron-rich foods like spinach, dates, and beetroot. But always follow your gynac's advice on supplements, don't self-prescribe!
