If your blood sugar is dropping and making you feel dizzy, please contact your doctor immediately. For a quick safe boost, my nurse suggested keeping a small piece of fruit or some dates nearby. Take care of yourself.
I remember having low sugar episodes in my second trimester. My doctor told me to eat small meals every 2-3 hours instead of big gaps. Keep some biscuits in your bag always, but check with your doctor too.
Do not try self-medicating or eating random sweets to raise sugar. If your lab reports are low, show them to your endocrinologist or gynac. They will give you a proper diet chart.
