I totally understand how scary that dizziness can feel. Please drink lots of coconut water and lemon water with a pinch of salt, but do tell your doctor about this.
Low BP is quite common in the first half of pregnancy, but you must consult your doctor before increasing salt intake. Drink plenty of water and don't stand up too quickly.
Keep yourself hydrated! Drink juices or buttermilk with a bit of salt, and avoid sudden movements 🥤 Definitely let your gynac know if you feel too faint!

Mere saas and mummy suggested drinking lime water with salt and sugar whenever I felt dizzy. It worked, but please check with your gynac once to find the safe limit.
