Diagnosed with pcos two years back and my cycles are all over the place, sometimes 40 days sometimes more. We really want to start a family this year. Would love to hear from women who have pcos and conceived, what actually worked for u?
Honestly lifestyle changes helped me a lot, my doctor allowed me regular walking and some yoga. Cutting down on too much sugar and junk also improved my cycles. Do check with your gynac before starting anything though.
With pcos ovulation is unpredictable so I stopped guessing and used proper ovulation strips plus a tracker app. My doctor also did follicular scans. Knowing the actual fertile days made a big difference for us.
I totally understand how stressful pcos can feel, I cried so many months. What got me through was a good gynac and being patient with my body. It will happen, just take care of yourself first.
I conceived with pcos so dont lose hope. For me losing a little weight and walking daily really helped my cycles. But please dont try random things, a gynac can track your ovulation and give the right support.
