How to increase chances of pregnancy after ovulation?

Im in my two week wait now after ovulation and just want to do everything right. Trying since few months so im a bit desperate honestly. Any tips that helped u in this phase?

After ovulation the egg only lives about a day, so timing intercourse just before and on ovulation matters most. My doc said the days leading up to it are actually the most fertile. Tracking your fertile window helps a lot.

With my irregular cycles from PCOS, ovulation kits and doctor monitoring helped me know the right time. After ovulation there is not much to force honestly. Just stay relaxed and let the doctor guide your timing.

Dont stress over each cycle na, that itself can affect things. Time it around ovulation and stay calm. It happens when the body is relaxed too.
