We are trying to conceive since few months and nothing yet. I keep reading different things about what to do right after. Are there actually any tips that help with chances?
We are also trying since few months and I was wondering the same thing. I read that tracking ovulation helps the most. Trying to stay relaxed about it, easier said than done na.
Mostly it comes down to timing it around ur ovulation, those fertile days matter the most. I started tracking my cycle and it helped me understand my window better. After that, theres not much u can control, so try not to obsess over it.
Honestly the after part doesnt change much, lying down for a bit doesnt harm but its not magic. The bigger thing is having sex during ur fertile days and staying healthy. Dont stress, stress itself can mess with cycles.
Take ur time and be gentle with urself, it doesnt always happen quickly and thats okay. Focusing on fertile days and overall health is what helped. If its been a year of trying, then maybe see a doctor for guidance, no harm in checking.
With my PCOS my cycles were irregular so ovulation tracking was tricky, what worked was getting a doctors help to understand my timing. I wouldnt claim one trick works for everyone. If u have irregular periods, do consider talking to a gynac.
