Honestly twins are mostly down to genes and luck, not something u can plan at home. Family history of twins, age, and fertility treatments raise the odds. Dont fall for random food tricks, ask a doctor if u are seriously curious.
I will gently say, twins often come with fertility treatment but they also carry more risks for mom and babies. So its really a doctor led decision, not a wish. Whatever u plan, please do it with medical guidance.
Twin mom here, and trust me there is no magic recipe yaar. In my case it just ran in the family and surprise, two babies. Be careful what u wish for though, double everything ha. Doc is your best bet for real info.
My gynac said the biggest factors are heredity, mothers age and treatments like IVF or certain fertility meds. Theres no safe home method to force twins. If this is a real plan, discuss it properly with a fertility specialist.
