Im 14 weeks and constantly thakaan, by afternoon i just want to lie down and do nothing. Managing house and a job both feels impossible. What did you eat or do to feel more energetic? Pls share.
Energy kam lagna is normal, everyone goes through it. Pehle toh proper sleep le, minimum 8-9 ghante. Phir small, frequent meals kha, protein rich stuff. Hydration mat bhoolna. Aur walk kar, jitna gynac ne bola hai. Simple hai, follow kar, energy aayegi.
Girl, tell me about it! Energy dips are SO real! 😴 What helped me was eating small, frequent meals throughout the day and taking short naps whenever I could. Even a 15-minute power nap works wonders! And stay hydrated! You got this! ✨
When I was feeling low on energy, I directly discussed it with my doctor during my check-up at the hospital. They did some blood tests to rule out any deficiencies and advised a balanced diet with specific supplements. The hospital nutritionist also gave me a detailed meal plan. It's best to ask your medical team for tailored advice.
Energy? What's that? 😂 With twins, I felt like a zombie for the entire nine months! Honestly, the only way to 'increase' energy was to steal naps whenever possible, even if it was just for 10 minutes. And constant snacking, like a squirrel preparing for winter. Just survive, mama, you're growing a human (or two!)
Getting enough rest is super important, even if it feels impossible sometimes. Also, staying active with light walks helped me feel more energetic, but always check with your doctor first. Focus on healthy, balanced meals. It's a phase, and it gets better, so try to enjoy the journey.
Energy toh kam lagti hi hai pregnancy mein, especially starting ke months mein. Meri mummy ne toh ghar pe hi bohot healthy cheezein khilayi thi, like fruits, dry fruits, aur daal chawal. Aur din mein thoda rest lena bohot zaroori hai. Family support se sab aasan ho jata hai.
Feeling low on energy is very common during pregnancy. However, it's really important to talk to your gynac about it. They can check if your iron levels are good or if there's any other reason for fatigue. Don't self-medicate or follow random advice. Your doctor will give you the safest and most effective suggestions.
