We have been trying for about 8 months now with no luck and im starting to feel a bit low about it. Wondering if theres anything in diet or lifestyle that actually helps. Pls share what worked for you.
Staying at a healthy weight made a big difference for me, along with regular walks and some yoga my doctor allowed. A good diet, less junk and managing stress all help fertility. Small lifestyle changes add up over time.
Basics like healthy weight, folic acid, good sleep, limiting caffeine and tracking ovulation all support fertility. Honestly if you have been trying for several months, getting a check up is the smartest step. They can find and fix specific issues.
Take care of your health and try to keep a calm, positive mind. I found that reducing my stress helped me more than anything. Stay hopeful and patient, things come in their own time.
With my pcos, managing weight and diet really helped my cycles become more regular. I wont overpromise though, everyone's situation is different. If you have been trying a while, a gynac can check what specifically needs attention for you.
