doing follicular study this cycle and doctor said my follicle is growing slow. feeling a bit down about it. anyone faced small follicle size issue and what helped you, diet or anything else?
During my IVF journey the doctors managed follicle growth with proper monitoring and medication, it's very much a medical thing. I know the waiting and hoping is so hard. Trust your specialist on this and follow the scans and timing they advise.
We're early in trying and I read about this too, but I learned it's something the doctor checks and supports with scans and treatment. I'd gently say see a fertility specialist rather than trying things alone. Wishing you good news soon.
Honestly follicle size is best handled by your fertility doctor with tracking scans, it's not something random home tips reliably change. A healthy diet and weight help overall fertility, but for the follicle part specifically, follow your gynac's guidance.
I went through this with my PCOS, follicle size is something your doctor monitors and helps with, not really something you fix at home. Mine put me on a plan with follicular tracking scans. Please work with your gynac, they'll guide the right approach for you.
